    ORDER OF THE BOARD

    On August
    7,
    1980 the Board initiated the first notice
    period,
    pursuant to §5.01(a) of the Illinois Administrative
    Procedure Act
    (Ill.Rev..Stat.
    ch.
    127), concerning
    its
    intended
    rulemaking action of deleting Rule 204(c) (1) (D) of its Air
    Pollution Control Rules and Regulations
    (Chapter 2).
    Notice of
    the proposed deletion appeared in the August 29,
    1980 issue of
    the Illinois Register.
    The first notice period ended on October
    14,
    1980.
    Today the Board initiates the second notice period pursuant
    to §5.01(b) of the IAPA.
    During the first notice period,
    the
    Board received no public comment objecting to its proposed action;
    the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency agreed with the
    action.
    The Board hereby orders
    no
    change in the first notice
    submittal
    and directs the Clerk to institute the second notice
    period.
