ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):

On July 12, 2001, the Board, at the parties’ request, extended until October 16, 2001, the
time period within which Barry Amoco, Inc. (Amoco) may appeal a June 13, 2001 determination
of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS 5/40 (a)(1) (2000); 35
Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency denied, in part, Amoco’s request for reimbursement from
the Underground Storage Tank Fund, regarding an underground storage tank site in Pike County.
Because Amoco failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and closes the
    docket.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on October 18, 2001, by a vote of 7-0.

    Illinois Pollution Control Board
