    On October 3, 2001, petitioner filed a motion to dismiss this matter. In support of the
    motion to dismiss, petitioner states that the parties have reached an agreement and resolved all
    outstanding issues.
    Accordingly, the Board grants petitioner’s motion to dismiss and closes this docket.
