The motion of the Village of Woodridge filed on September 24,

1980 is construed as a motion to reconsider subparagraph N of the

final Order entered August

7,

1980.

The Agency has agreed to the

motion; the five petitioners did not object to the substance of

the motion.

The Board hereby amends subparagraph N on page

6 of its

Order of August

7,

1980 to delete the requirement that the Village

of Woodridge execute a Certification of acceptance and agreement

to be bound by said order.
