An objection to both motions was filed by the Environmental
Protection Agency on September
23,
1980.
The Petition for Rehearing is hereby denied.
All of the
p9ints allegedly ignored by the Board in deciding the case
were in fact considered, and no testimony not part of the
record was relied upon.
The Petition for Extension of Time to pay the penalty
is hereby granted.
Payment is to be made by January 13,
