    FINAL ORDER OF THE BOARD

    In response to objections made on August 26,
    1980 by
    the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules
    to the procedures
    followed by the Board in its Second Notice of proposed rule-
    making hereunder, the Board
    is ordering that a second First
    Notice issue.
    The Board has deleted Rule 206(d) and has
    imposed one complicance date for all sources in Rule 209(h).
    In other respects the Order
    is identical to that published
    in the March
    7,
    1980 Illinois Register.
    The Board hereby proposes to adopt the following amendments
    to Rules 101,
    206, and 209, and to repeal Rule 205, of Chapter
    8, Noise Regulations.
    Rule 101:

    IMPULSIVE SOUND
    (a)
    Except as elsewhere in this Part
    2 provided, no
    person shall cause or allow the emission of impul-
    sive sound from any property—line—noise—source
    located on any Class

    B, or
    C land to any receiv-
