    The petition for variance from Rules 203(g)(1),
    204(c)(1)(A),
    and 307(a)(2)(B),
    filed August
    28,
    1980,
    is dismissed without
    prejudice to refile.
    First,
    Rules 203(g)(1) and 204(c)(1)(A) do not exist.
    Secondly,
    Rule 307(a)(2)(B) simply states what the secondary
    AAQS for TSP is.
    Lastly,
    Petitioner waived hearing but did not submit an
    affidavit as required by Procedural
    Rule 401(b).
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
