    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    Pursuant to a joint request by the parties for an extension of the 35-day appeal period of
    an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (1998)),
    the Board reserved docket PCB 01-84 for any petition filed by petitioner.
    Because petitioner has failed to file an appeal on or before January 14, 2001, the
    timeframe ordered by the Board on December 7, 2000, the Board dismisses this matter and
    closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
