    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E.Z. Kezelis):
    On August 23, 2001, PrairieLand Construction, Inc. (PrairieLand) filed a motion to
    amend its answer by adding affirmative defenses and cross-complaints. PrairieLand also seeks
    leave to file the amended answer
    instanter
    . The Board has not received any responses to this
    motion.
     
    Also, on August 23, 2001, the Board granted a motion by former counsel of PrairieLand
    to withdraw. The motion currently before the Board was filed by PrairieLand’s new counsel.
    The Board finds that no prejudice will result from the granting of this motion and accordingly
    grants PrairieLand’s motion to file an amended answer
    instanter
    .
