    Pursuant to a joint request by the parties for an extension of the 35-day appeal period of
    an Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination (see 415 ILCS 5/40(a)(1) (2000)),
    the Board reserved docket PCB 01-113 for any petition filed by petitioners.
     
     
    Because petitioners have failed to file an appeal on or before May 17, 2001, the
    timeframe ordered by the Board on February 15, 2001, the Board dismisses this matter and
    closes the docket.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
