    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
     
    On May 8, 2001, the People of the State of Illinois filed a one-count complaint against
    Diamond Plating Company (Diamond Plating). The complaint alleges Diamond Plating failed to
    submit the Hazardous Waste Generator Annual Report for 1998 for its facility located at 5 Cain
    Drive, Madison, Madison County, Illinois. This activity was in alleged violation of the Board’s
    hazardous waste regulations at 35 Ill. Adm. Code 722.141. The Board accepts this matter for
    hearing.
     
    The Board directs that this matter proceed to hearing as expeditiously as practicable.
    The assigned hearing officer must set the matter for hearing in accordance with the
    requirements of the Environmental Protection Act and the Board’s procedural rules.
     
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
