STANDARD FROM 35 ILL. ADM. )
    CODE 807.104 )
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
In preliminary review of the record in this matter, the Board notes that there is reference
to an on-site “police gunnery range” on several of the maps (
    e.g.
    , Petitioner’s Exhibit 3). The
Board directs petitioner and the Agency to inform the Board of any significance that the
existence of the gunnery range may have on the merits of the petition in this matter.
The Board further notes that although there is reference to water quality analyses done in
conjunction with the Baxter & Woodman soil borings, results of these analyses are not evident in
the record. See Appendix A of Hearing Exhibit 2; Tr. at 115-116. The Board directs petitioner
    to supply all such results.
Petitioner has until February 15, 2001, to submit the requested materials. The Agency
has until March 1, 2001, to comment on the requested materials. The mailbox rule will not
apply. See. 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.300(b)(2).
The Board cautions that today’s action should not be construed as implying a Board
judgment on any of the elements necessary for the granting of an adjusted standard.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 1st day of February 2001 by a vote of 6-0.
