    (County No. EPA-01-1)
    (Administrative Citation)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
On April 16, 2001, the County of Macon (County) filed an administrative citation with
the Board against Decatur/Macon County Landfill (Landfill), pursuant to Section 31.1 of the
Environmental Protection Act (Act) (415 ILCS 5/31.1 (1998)).
An administrative citation filed with the Board must contain certain information and
documents as specified in Section 31.1 of the Act (415 ILCS 5/31.1 (1998)), Parts 101 and 108
of the Board’s procedural rules (35 Ill. Adm. Code 101, 108), and the delegation agreement
between the County and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (415 ILCS 5/4(r)
(1998)). The filing, which usually contains a transmittal letter, must include proof of service,
notice of filing, an inspection report, and a remittance form. The County failed to include any
    of these documents.
The Board grants the County leave to file an amended administrative citation against
Landfill. If an amended administrative citation curing these deficiencies is not filed within 35
days of the date of this order, that is on or before May 24, 2001, this administrative citation
    will be subject to dismissal.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 19th day of April 2001 by a vote of 6-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
