ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
On January 3, 2001, complainant filed a motion to stay proceedings in this case.
Complainant represented that the respondent agrees with the motion. Mot. at 2. Complainant
seeks a stay to allow sufficient time to proceed with technical work underway at the site.
Complainant anticipates that the results of this work will be used to devise remediation options
for the site. Complainant requests that this matter be stayed for three months.
Complainant’s motion for a stay is granted. As requested, this matter is stayed until
    April 18, 2001.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the 18th day of January 2001 by a vote of 7-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
