    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
    On April 16, 1996, the Board received a motion, filed by petitioner, for leave to waive
    requirements to submit ten copies of supporting documents. The petitioner provided two
    copies with the motion. The Board will grant the motion for leave to file limited copies;
    however, the Board directs petitioner to provide the clerk with two additional copies of the
    documents within 14 days.
