    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
    This matter is before the Board on a May 13, 1996 voluntary motion to dismiss filed by
    petitioner BFI Modern Landfill #1 & #2 (BFI). In its motion, BFI states that it submitted
    additional information to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) since filing
    this appeal, and that the Agency has issued permits to BFI for its recycling facility and
    landscape waste operation in Belleville, St. Clair County, Illinois. BFI therefore states that no
    material issues remain in this matter.
    The motion is granted and this docket is closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
