ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On May 22, 1996, Clorox Company (Clorox) filed a waiver of the Board’s decision
deadline in this matter and a motion for an extension of time for the Agency to file its response
to Clorox’s appeal. In addition, Clorox requests that the Board grant an “indefinite stay” and
protect the information at issue as confidential until a decision is reached.
The Board will accept the waiver of the decision deadline as an open waiver of the
Board’s decision deadline. The Agency filed a response on May 30, 1996, therefore, the
motion for extension of time is moot. The Board will not grant an indefinite stay. However,
the Board will stay this proceeding until June 27, 1996, at which time Clorox shall report to
the Board the status of this matter. While this matter is pending the Board will hold the
    information at issue as confidential.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the _____ day of ___________, 1996, by a vote of
    ______________.
