    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by C.A. Manning):
    This matter comes before the Board upon a motion for stay filed June 3, 1996 by ESG
    Watts, Inc. (Watts). Watts requests a stay to allow its continued acceptance of various generic
    and special wastes during the pendency of Watts’ appeal of the Board’s March 21, 1996
    decision concerning Watts’ permit review to the Third District Appellate Court. Watts
    requests that the previously-granted permit remain in effect during the pendency of the appeal.
    No response from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has been received by the
    Board.
    The Board hereby denies the request for stay. Stay may be requested from the
    appellate court as provided in Rule 335 of the Rules of the Supreme Court of Illinois. (See,
    107 Ill. 2d R. 335 and 35 Ill. Adm. Code 101.303 (1994).)
