ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E. Dunham):
On June 12, 1996, the OK Trucking Company filed a status Report and a Motion to
Dismiss. The OK Trucking Company reports that the Illinois Supreme Court has denied its
Petition for Leave to Appeal the decision of the Illinois Appellate Court. The Appellate Court
affirmed the Cook County Circuit Court’s decision upholding the Office of the State Fire
Marshal’s denial of registration of two underground storage tanks. Therefore, the OK
Trucking Company requests that its petition be dismissed because the tanks cannot be
registered.
The motion to dismiss is granted and this docket is closed.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the _____ day of ___________, 1996, by a vote of
______________.
