    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    On July 18, 1996 Raleigh Realty Corporation (Raleigh) filed a motion to withdraw its
    Underground Storage Tank Appeal which it had filed on December 6, 1995. Raleigh states
    that the parties have reached an agreement in this matter and its motion to withdraw is made
    pursuant to the provisions contained in a Consent Decree approved and entered by the Circuit
    Court of Cook County, Illinois on July 18, 1996.
    The Board hereby grants Raleigh’s motion and closes the docket in this matter.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
