    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by M. McFawn):
    On August 15, 1996 the Board ordered complainants to file proofs of service in this
    case no later than September 1, 1996. That date was extended until September 27, 1996 upon
    their motion and our order granting the same of September 5, 1996. Now complainants
    moved for additional time to file proofs of service. In their motion of September 26, 1996
    they ask that the Board allow them until October 21, 1996 to file either proofs of service or a
    motion to voluntarily withdraw. The latter will be filed if the settlement memorialized in
    attachment A of their motion is effected.
    Based upon attachment A, the parties appear to have been working diligently towards
    settlement despite the lack of service in this case. Therefore the Board will grant the additional
    time requested. Complainants have until October 21, 1996 to file a motion to voluntarily
    withdraw this complaint or file the proofs of service.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
