    ORDER OF THE BOARD (BY J. Yi):
    This matter is before the Board on a motion to file for
    extension of time in which to file Agency recommendation,
    filed on September 5, 1995.
    On May 30, 1995, National Metalwares, Inc. ("National
    Metalwares") filed a request for an adjusted standard from the
    Board's regulation regarding the volatile organic material
    (VOM) standards for metal furniture coating operations. (35
    Ill. Adm. Code 218.204(g)). On July 7, 1995, the Agency filed
    a motion for extension of time in which to file recommendation
    along with a motion to file Agency's motion for extension of
    time instanter. The Board granted the Agency's motion on July
    20, 1995, and allowed the Agency until September 1, 1995, to
    file its recommendation. A hearing has been scheduled on
    November 15, 1995.
    The Agency needs additional information from the
    petitioner in order to prepare the recommendation and is
    requesting the Board for a delayed date for the filing of the
    Agency recommendation until October 16, 1995.
    The Board grants the motion to file for extension of time
    in which to file Agency recommendation until October 16, 1995.
