    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by J. Yi):
    On October 27, 1995, People of the State of Illinois
    (People), filed an unopposed motion for additional time in which
    to respond to a motion to dismiss filed on October 17, 1995 by
    Environmental Control and Abatement, Inc. Pursuant to 35 Ill.
    Adm. Code 103.140, the People have seven days from service to
    file such response. The People stated that they would not be
    able to respond to the motion to dismiss by the October 26, 1995
    and requests that the Board grant the People leave to file its
    response by November 3, 1995. The People represent that the
    parties agree no prejudice will result should such motion be
    granted.
    The Board grants the motion for additional time and allows
    the People until November 3, 1995 to respond to the motion to
    dismiss.
