    On August 3, 1995, the Board entered a default order in
    this matter. On August 23, 1995, the County moved the Board
    to reconsider and vacate its order, on the grounds that the
    County wishes to withdraw the underlying administrative
    citation. The motion to withdraw the citation and the motion
    to vacate the Board's August 3, 1995 are hereby granted. This
    docket is closed.
