    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by R.C. Flemal):
    This matter is before the Board on a Motion for Extension of Time in
    Which to File Motion to Dismiss filed on September 1, 1995 by Commonwealth
    Edison Company (ComEd). ComEd requests an additional two weeks to file its
    initial motion, which it expects will be a motion requesting the Board not to
    accept this complaint on the grounds that it is duplicitous or frivolous.
    Joseph Bogacz filed the original complaint with the Board on August 23,
    1995. ComEd's response was therefore due to be filed with the Board by
    September 6, 1995. (see 35 Ill. Adm. Code 103.140(a).) In response to
    ComEd's motion, the Board hereby grants ComEd until September 20, 1995 to file
    its initial motion.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
