    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 10,, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents Edward Pruim and Robert Pruim represented that they intend to
    file a motion for summary judgment. The respondents were directed to file their motion for
    summary judgment on or before December 14, 2005. The complainant is directed to file its
    response on or before December 30, 2005.
       
    Over respondents’ objection, hearing dates were scheduled in this matter. Hearing dates
    for this matter were set for April 10, 11, 12, and 13, 2006. The location and times will be noted
    in the notice of hearing.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on December 22, 2005, at 9:30 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
    the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing.
