    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    On July 24,
    1992,
    Gallatin National Company (Gallatin)
    filed
a motion for return of oversized exhibits.
    Gallatin asks that
three poster-sized exhibits of local mining maps submitted at the
    local siting hearings
in this matter, and subsequently included
in the record before this Board,
be returned to Gallatin for its
    own use.
Gallatiri- notes that the Board issued its decision in
this matter on June 15, 1992,
    and that “all evidentiary hearings
regarding this matter have been concluded.”
    (Motion at 1.)
Gallatin also states that Fulton County has represented that it
has no objection to this motion.
The Board notes that not only have all “evidentiary
hearings” been completed, but the time for appeal of the Board’s
    final order
in this matter has also run.
    Therefore,
    the motion
for return of oversized exhibits is granted.
    Gallatin is
directed to contact the Clerk’s Office to arrange for the
    delivery of exhibits 7a,
7b, and 8; Gallatin shall bear any costs
    of delivery of the exhibits.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
