HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

  

On August 5, 2004, a telephonic status conference was held. The complainant did not

appear. The respondent represented that they have met with the complainant regarding the

above-captioned matter and another related matter pending with the complainant. The

respondent represented that after discussions with the complainant, it will pursue the related

matter first and then the above-captioned matter.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on September 23, 2004, at 10:30 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be initiated

by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the

status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned

matter and their readiness for hearing.
