    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 29, 2004, petitioners participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioners report that the Office of the Attorney
    General (OAG) just sent a draft consent decree pertaining to a related enforcement case.
    Petitioners plan to meet with the OAG to discuss the proposal. Petitioners continue to work on
    the site, and cannot dismiss this permit appeal until the OAG advises them of what further
    actions need to be taken at the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on September 28, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioners. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
     
    Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
