    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 22, 2005, petitioners participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties have resolved issues relating to above-
    ground waste disposal, and will now work on other issues, including groundwater quality control
    standards.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:30 a.m. on June 21, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioners.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    Petitioners have filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
