    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 7, 2004, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. According to petitioner, the parties continue to
    discuss settlement. Petitioner will file a waiver of the statutory decision deadline within the next
    seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 5, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline in this case is March 17, 2005.
