    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 11, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner reports that the related enforcement case
    filed in circuit court is in the briefing stage. When that case is concluded, petitioner expects to
    file a motion to dismiss this appeal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on February 24, 2005. The call shall be initiated by petitioner.
      
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
