    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On October 11, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The Office of the Attorney General has filed a motion to stay the proceedings in
    a related matter (People v. Saint-Gobain Containers, Inc., PCB 03-22). The parties cannot
    proceed in this permit appeal until the Board rules on that motion.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on January 10, 2006. Petitioner has agreed to set up the conference call.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
