    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 1, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties had hoped to resolve this appeal in conjunction with the settlement
    of PCB 03-22 People v. Saint-Gobain Containers. However, settlement negotiations in that
    matter may have reached an impasse. Petitioner will consider how to proceed with this permit
    appeal.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:45 a.m. on April 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
    At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned
    matter.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
