This matter
is before the Board on
a July
12,
1988 motion
for substitution
of petitioning party.
Borden Chemicals and
Plastics Operating Limited Partnership
(Borden Chemicals and
Plastics)
asks that
it be substituted
for Borden Chemical Company
as petitioner
in this request
for site specific rule change.
The
motion states that in November 1987 the Illiopolis,
Illinois
facility, which
is the subject of
this petition, was sold by
Borden Chemical Company
to Borden Chemicals and Plastics.
The
motion further states that this new ownership of
the Illiopolis
facility has not changed
the facts or
circumstances surrounding
the proposed rule change,
and that the requested site specific
rule remains necessary.
Attached
to the motion
is an affidavit
by Anthony S. D’Amato, Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer
of
BCP Management,
Inc.,
General Partner
of Borden Chemicals and
Plastics Operating Limited Partnership.
The affidavit states
that Borden Chemicals and Plastics adopts the testimony and
documentation
in the record
of this proceeding.
The motion to substitute Borden Chemicals and Plastics as
petitioner
in this proceeding
is granted.
The caption of this
proceeding
is hereby changed
to reflect this substitution.
