    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by Mr.
    Dumelle):
    1.
    Petitioner Corporate West Development,
    Inc.
    is
    hereby granted a variance from Rule 962(a)
    of Chapter
    3:
    Water Pollution to allow immediate issuance of a permit to
    construct a sewer connection from the proposed hotel on the
    Hotel Site in the Fireside development to the Village of
    Lisle sewer system with a daily average loading of 32,000
    gallons of wastewater.
    2.
    The County of DuPage
    is hereby ordered to increase
    the capacity of the existing Woodridge sewage treatment plant
    by 1.4 MGD.
    In the event this increase is inadequate to treat
    Corporate West Development,
    Inc.

    wastewater, the County of
    DuPage
    is hereby ordered to further increase the permanent
    capacity of the Woodridge sewage treatment plant to adequately
    treat the wastewater from Corporate West Development,
    Inc.
    and. other dischargers to that plant.
    3.
    Petitioner Corporate West Development,
    Inc.
    shall
    be granted a variance from Rule 962(a) of Chapter
    3:
    Water
    Pollution to allow issuance of a permit to operate the sewer
    connection
    in paragraph
    1,
    if such a variance
    is required,
    if the Circuit Court for the 18th Judicial Circuit orders the
    County of DuPage to
    increase the capacity of the Woodridge
    sewage treatment plant by 1.4 MGD or to further increase the
    permanent capacity of the Woodridge sewage treatment plant
    if necessary to adequately treat
    the wastewater from Corporate
    West Development,
    Inc. and other dischargers to that plant.
    4.
    Within 45 days of the date of this Order Petitioner
    Corporate West Development,
    Inc.
    shall execute a certification
    of acceptance and agreement to be bound to all the terms and
    conditions
    of this variance.
    This
    45 day period shall be

    held in abeyance if this matter is appealed.
    The certifica-
    tion shall be forwarded to the Illinois Environmental Protec-
    tion Agency,

    and shall read as follows:
