    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On November 3, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties were directed by hearing officer order dated September 13, 2005,
    that they were to suggest hearing dates in this matter on November 3, 2005. The parties
    represented at today’s status conference that they have not contacted their potential witnesses
    and therefore are uncertain of their respective witness availability at the future hearing in this
    matter. To that end, they were unable to give dates certain as to when the hearing in this matter
    could commence.
     
    The parties were directed again to propose realistic hearing dates at the next status
    conference.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on November 10, 2005, at 11:45 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
    the above-captioned matters and their readiness for hearing.
