    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 22, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. There was a miscommunication between the parties, with each awaiting action
    by the other. The parties are now looking into whether petitioner needs a final letter from
    respondent, or whether this case is ready to be dismissed.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 17, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
