On
December 15, 1982 the Board received a letter asking for
•temporary
ov’
to
operate
what
would
seem
to
be a treatment
plant bypass pipe until the Village accomplishes updating of its
sewer system and treatment plant.
The Board construes this as a
petition.for variance from 35 Ill. Mm. Code 306.103, and notes
that the petition fails to contain most of the information
required by Sections 104.121 and 104.t24.
The Clerk is directed to provide the Village with copies of
said rules.
If an amended petition curing the noted deficiencies
is not submitted within 45 days of the date of this Order, this
petition will be subject to dismissal.
