    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 10, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are negotiating language for the settlement agreement, and hope to
    submit the proposal to the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency next week.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on June 21, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
