is found

in violation of Rule 703

of the Pollution Control Board’s Rules and Regulations

Chapter

3:

Water Pollution.

2.

Interlake shall pay a penalty to the State of Illinois

in the amount of $14,500 for the violation found herein.

3.

The Illinois Environr~enta1Protection Agency,

the

Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago,

and Interiake,

Inc.,

shall

execute the provisions

of the Stipulation and Proposal for Settlement filed

before the Board on March 19, 1980 which stipulation

and proposal

for settlement is incorporated by reference

as

if fully set forth herein.
