    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 31, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached an agreement on the penalty amount. Complainant
    will now draft a proposed stipulation and settlement order for respondent’s review. If the
    settlement agreement is filed before the next status conference, the parties are not required to
    appear.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on November 30, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
