    INTERIM ORDER OF THE BOARD

    Zeitlin):
    On June 19,
    1975 the Environmental Protection Agency
    (Agency)
    filed a Motion to Extend the Record in this matter
    to allow the filing of written responses
    to comments received
    by the Board during the original public comment period, which
    ended on June 18,
    1975.
    The Board finds that the Agency’s
    Motion has merit, and should be granted.
    A further public
    comment period of
    7 days
    shall be allowed, during which time
    the record will remain open only for the purpose of receiving
    written responses to comments received during the original
    public comment period.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
