    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
      
    On November 4, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. The parties are currently awaiting
    the Board’s ruling on their motions for summary judgment, and the Board will most likely issue
    an opinion and order by the end of the year.
     
    If the Board’s order does not rule on all issues in this case, the parties are directed to
    participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on
    January 25, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    There is an open waiver of the decision deadline in this matter.
