29, 1985 the Village requested additional time to
comply with the December order, stating that
it had refrained
from filing
an amendment pending a compliance conference and
discussions with the Agency.
The Board
notes that to
be procedurally correct,
the Village
should have filed
for
an extension within the original
45 day
period.
The Board will,
however, allow the Village until June
1,
1985 to file an amended petition, but
if
an amended petition
is
not filed by that date, this petition will be dismissed,

the Board notes
that pursuant
to

Adm. Code
103.143,
the

a pro tanto

of
