    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 29, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties will resume settlement discussions when respondent provides
    complainant with documents demonstrating financial hardship.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on December 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
