    The request by Petitioner to amend its petition by including
    two exhibits
    is granted.
    Petitioner shall amend its petition
    by September
    19,
    1975.
    Such amendment shall consist of the two
    exhibits referred to in the Motion For Leave to File Amended
    Petition filed on August
    26,
    1975, and shall
    include
    a waiver
    of
    the statutory 90-day decision period
    from the date of filing
    of
    the
    original petition until the date of filing of the amended
    petition.
    The Motion to Dismiss filed by the Agency is denied
    as moot.
    The Agency may examine the amended petition for compliance with
    Procedural Rule
    502.
