HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On July 27, 2005, the respondent informed the hearing officer that a stipulation and
proposal for settlement (stipulation) is being circulated for review and signatures. The
respondent requested that the answer due date be extended for an additional 60 days. The
respondent represented that the complainant has no objection. Respondent’s request is granted
and its answer is now due to be filed on or before September 29, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on September 29, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed
prior to the next status conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
