HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 11, 2005, the respondent requested that it be given an extension of time to file
its answer. The respondent represented that the parties have reached an agreement-in- principle
and are exchanging the draft stipulation and proposal for settlement. The respondent represents
that the complainant has no objection to its requested extension. To that end, the respondent’s
answer is now due on or before June 13, 2005.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 5, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
