HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On March 21, 2005, the respondent requested a motion for extension of time to file its

answer. Respondent represented that the parties have apparently reached a settlement and that

the complainant has no objection to the extension. To that end, respondent’s answer is now due

on or before April 11, 2005.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status

conference with the hearing officer on May 5, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status

conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its

own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of

the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
